Reid Research Services Limited, founded in October 1996,
is a truly independent field company. It offers a wide range of quality
services to the New Zealand market research industry, thus adding choice
in a market where only a small number of field service providers operate.
Founded by Ngaire Reid, Director, the company has a wealth of expertise
in fieldwork.
Ngaire
Reid
Ngaire Reid looks back at 10 years as National Field Manager for Heylen
Research Centre and 18 months in the same role for the ACNielsen group
of companies. She was Executive Secretary of the Market Research Society
(Auckland Branch) from 1985 to 1987. In 2006 Ngaire was made a Fellow
of the Market Research Society of New Zealand, in recognition of her contribution
to the industry.
Her credo: "The quality of research depends to
a great extent on the quality of the fieldwork. Only accurate, unbiased
data can truly reflect the attitudes and behaviour of New Zealanders."
Jennie
Dear
Jennie worked as the Area Field Manager for Heylen Research Centre, in
Dunedin, as well as in Management roles in the Insurance and Finance industries.
She moved to Auckland to assume the role of National Field Manager for
Reid Research Services.
Michelle
Spencer
Michelle has had many years experience in the market research industry,
from being a Door to Door interviewer, to a Door to Door Field Manager,
to a CATI Supervisor, and now to her position as National Surveys Manager.
Gina
Hammond
Gina, Reid Research Services’ Operations Manager, has many years’
experience in market research having worked for Reid as a CATI interviewer,
and then Supervisor before being promoted to her current position. She
is responsible for Reid’s CATI unit, as well as managing their team
of Surveycraft analysts, and coding and data entry departments.
