Telephone Interviewing

Our Auckland office includes a call centre with 36 CATI stations. We also conduct Pen & Paper Telephone surveys - usually pilot studies or where the size of the study is so small that it doesn’t warrant the time and cost of DP set up. 

The topics we cover are many and varied, adhoc and tracking, and include the Political Polling for TV3.

For surveys where specific local knowledge is required, we conduct telephone interviews using our interviewers in our regional centres – we have staff spread around the country.
