DirectorOriginally a trained teacher with fifteen years’ experience, Ngaire then moved into Sales Management roles. Prior to starting Reid Research Services Limited in October, 1996, Ngaire worked for 10 years as National Field Manager for Heylen Research Centre and 18 months in the same role for the ACNielsen group of companies.
I love the market research industry and bring that enthusiasm to both my staff and our clients. My real challenge has been to develop a company identity which my staff respect, our clients are attracted to and our competitors admire.

Sina initially worked in our CATI department but since 2004 she has been in charge of our Data Processing team. She manages the use of Surveycraft and Altafx software, as well as having responsibility for our Coding and Data Entry Departments.
We work in an awesomely supportive team environment, producing top quality data for our clients. My job is great – challenging – really keeps me on my toes.
